Emotions and their role




 
    You would get rid of these difficult emotions to manage this sentence, this anger that beset you ? Have you ever wondered what those emotions might be helpful ?
what good emotions except to put in appalling conditions and the push to drive by all means ?


Emotions and senses
 

The five senses that we possess help us understand the world around us. Yet they are the cause of occasional pain .

For examples of all animals daily life, you quickly realize that they are also remarkably help: when you bump is your touch that lets you know that it hurts you and that be careful, this is the smell that tells you that something is burning ...

Thus, like the senses, emotions are excellent reporters of what happens in your home. They will also influence your choice as your view informs you of  an obstacle, your anger stems from a predicament in which you need to find a solution.

It is therefore not to fight against them and try to make them disappear , but rather tame to maximize . Do you ever said the life of a blind must be difficult ? What would human beings without emotions? Machines , nothing more, and anarchy would reign without doubt, into chaos .
Emotions and sensations
 

Emotions differ from sensations that consciousness has . The emotion is conscious of a feeling or sensation demonstration. A feeling of discomfort can turn into shame, in guilt when you remember, and you formulate in terms of emotion. Sensations are the result of primary neurological and biochemical reactions in which reason and thought are not involved. For example, a rapid heartbeat , the legs would give way and the skin reddens are sensations that can be interpreted differently depending on the context.

And to identify these emotions and be able to intervene , it is necessary to take the time to accept the first as the natural result of external stimuli, to then be able to feel , analyze and understand . It is only those steps that will help you manage and make them fade.

This tool is intended to allow you to dive deep inside yourself to identify sensations , emotions that result. You learn to manage without choking in food.
